Providing Resources

Nestled in the breathtakingly beautiful Tahoe Truckee region, our community sees millions of visitors each year drawn to the stunning landscapes and outdoor activities. However, for those who call this rural area home year-round, access to essential services and support are be limited.

That's where we come in.

OUR MISSION

Through her own experiences and conversations with other families facing similar challenges, Emily recognized a pressing need for a support system. Thus, The Little Peacock Project was born. Our mission is to partner with local charities and businesses to offer financial assistance, practical support, and valuable resources to families in need.

We understand the challenges that families face when it comes to accessing therapy and medical care in our area. It can be incredibly difficult to manage the financial strain of traveling for these important appointments, especially when private providers don't accept insurance. That's why we're here to help. Our Peacock Picks program offers financial aid to families in need. You can submit an application for funding to help cover the costs of therapy and medical visits, reducing the burden on your wallet. We want to make sure that every family has access to the care they need, regardless of their financial situation.
